On February 9, Chef Luigi Taglienti welcomed Chefs Dylan Jones and Bo Songvisava (The Veuve Clicquot Asia's Best Female Chef 2014) of BO.LAN restaurant in Bangkok (Thailand) for a special dinner organized in cooperation with Identità Golose, the International Congress of Auteur Cuisine. The trio of young chefs worked together to create a special ITALY/THAILAND menu, an innovative taste experience embracing two continents yet fully respecting both gastronomic traditions.
